MarijuanaDepartment of Revenue (DOR), DOR Marijuana Enforcement Division The Colorado MED is a statutory division located within the Colorado Department of Revenue. The Division is the state agency charged with the responsibility to license and enforce laws pertaining to the Colorado cannabis industry.

Include all applicable Findings of Suitability Applications 3. Pay Application Fee 4. Pay Local Jurisdiction Fees Payment must be made in a separate form 5. Including Supporting Documentation See the MED website for specific examples of where additional paperwork might be required 1. Submit Application This will be specific for the type of owner in question - Natural Person or Owner Entity 2. Submit Identification Must include a copy of driver license or Colorado ID card. 3. Finger Prints You must have your fingerprints taken prior to submitting your application. During this time, the MED will not be offering in-office fingerprint services. Applicants may have fingerprints taken using a third-party vendor. When submitting your application, please include a copy of your receipt showing you completed your fingerprints by visiting one of the following providers:
