Description: Leadership skills go beyond managing tasks and/or people. They include self-awareness, emotional intelligence, communication, consistency, accountability, conflict resolution and decision making. In this class you work to be self-aware of your current leadership skills and apply fundamental leadership strategies to motivate and guide a team.
